Harvesting

This morning we went to the allotment to harvest the remaining potatoes, - 2nd earlies and main crop. We dug over the patch and sowed phacelia ( green manure) over the area. This will help to improve the soil condition and to suppress the weeds.
Phacelia has purple flowers that attract bees and other insects .
