Dinner for two!

All my boys were out wining and dining their girlfriends so I thought I'd cook a nice meal. There was nothing left at the end so I must have done something right. I'm not a very good cook:( in fact sometimes I can be disastrous in the kitchen. There have been times when my boys have had guessing games as to what it should have been! Hey ho they're all big six foot lads so it hasn't done them any harm.
