Office this morning, lots to do.

Surprise visit from JohnP at lunchtime; was great to catch up and lots of exciting news. Brilliant.

This afternoon was the funeral of Rosemary Craig. Great eulogy, absolutely packed with standing room only and people in the foyer. Sadly missed.

This evening I did the shop of shame a.k.a getting some chocolates and wine for +1/2 at the very last minute (after +3/3 had had his bath, long after all respectable chaps should have got their tokens of undying love). Ah, +1/2 knows I love her very much and I fancied a wee chocolate too this evening.

At least this year I didn't mention retching. Oh, wait.
