I spy October sunshine

A much better day for the beginning of the new month than for the last day of September yesterday.
Bright sunshine and no wind, most pleasant, I hear that Chris has cut the lawns.

No nursery today so we met one of Grace’s friends to go to the nearby park. Eda’s friend Annika can be seen here at the top of the slide where there is a ‘telescope’, overlooking the two mums with their babies chatting. As you can see a Granny was up the slide!

Two three year olds can be quite exhausting and although Eda is very good walking along the busy road to nursery I found two very excited little ones quite unnerving near the busy traffic.
They had a good time even though this isn’t the best park on the common.

Back for lunch we decided to have a chilled afternoon rather than go even further to meet another couple of mums and little ones at the main play area. Too far to walk for Grace at the moment but Jude got another couple of visitors at home and remained chilled the whole time.
