A visit to the pharmacy to pick up repeat medication which keeps blood pressure in check but when I looked on the form to see when the next lot were due in October, all the dates said 2021 and signed August 2021 by a doctor I had not heard of. My name, address and NHS No. were correct. I will have to sort it out sooner than later. I expect they will blame it on Covid 19 disruption.
