Late strawberries

It has been a grey, wet and drizzly day today with worse to come. I drove F to and from the garage for his car's MOT and service (it passed) and he'll do the same for me in a couple of weeks time. Neither of us fancy catching the bus to and from the garage at the moment.

I found these alpine strawberries growing by the pond.  I'm glad that I saw them before the slugs!
