2020 Friday — White Pelicans

The smoke of wildfires floated in on an eastern breeze yesterday. We woke this morn and acknowledged its continual presence. From sun-up to sundown our day has been accentuated by its hue and a high heat.

So we chose to have fun in spite of the smoke’s unwelcome attendance and walked the pups in Tidelands Park where this photo of white pelicans was taken.

I’m praying for rain to fall in California.
