Who says it's not sunny in Manchester?

Julia and Tom went off to hospital this morning. Deb arrived sometime later and had a Sunday breakfast with me - grapefruit, a croissant, and a mug of good coffee. Then went off to hospital, armed with oils, films, and food.

Twelve hours later, still waiting... Found a book Deb brought and read it cover to cover: The Gospel According to the Earth, by Matthew Sleeth, very good. 

Even prisoners get an hour of exercise outside, don't they??

Gratefuls:
- good NHS care, and a lovely bereavement room for them in hospital
- a good sister, come up from Birmingham to support them
