In dad's footsteps

It's great to listen in to the lads bonding with their dad. It helps if he has a handy ladder, torch or other manly item for them to talk about. As Red replaced a couple of light bulbs this evening, Andrew and George chatted merrily about going up ladders and agreed that it wasn't a good idea "even for a man" to go up a ladder with their eyes closed. Phew, one less thing to worry about.

Notice, if you will, the new pyjamas. They were so pleased with them that they put them on as soon as they got home from school. Which meant they had to stay in the car when we took Matthew to Cubs.
