A very wet day, so the only trip out was a brief one to get the papers. And then retire to read them. And blow me, Trump has got the Covid! That’s him finished then, because as we all know, more often than not, it’s fatal. Or have I got that wrong?
An afternoon film, Snowpiercer from 2013, by that celebrated Bong Joon Ho. And all through the day, we dipped into the The Third Day which was being broadcast live for twelve hours. And strangely compelling it was. Poor old Jude Law could have got himself an easier gig than that, mind. But maybe there isn’t that much acting work about at the moment.
