First Minister’s briefing; she set out rationale for coronavirus restriction changes being announced in Parliament tomorrow. A balancing act between many harms. And with many critics. Just under 800 cases in Scotland; (3x cases from 2 weeks ago). And best part of 13000 cases in England. Phew.
