Picking the grapes

Tipping with rain so we weren’t looking forward to the grape harvest.  Covid restrictions meant we had to pick in specified lanes within small groups and no lovely picnic afterwards.  In fact by the time we arrived (at our allotted time) they’d almost all been picked.  The rain sped everyone along. Spent the afternoon reading and went over to Hambledon for a cup of tea and ginger cake with M & D.
