Valentine

G and I don't really do anything for Valentines- we prefer to celebrate on our anniversary. We do give each other hand-made non-valentines day cards, and I hastily made mine this morning. G donated blood this afternoon, so I took a work break and walked him home to make sure he didn't faint and fall in the river.

Els and I had our second swimming lesson this evening and took on the breast stroke. I found it much harder than front crawl- it's hard to re-train legs that have been doing the wrong movement for years!
