On a walk with young L

Spent a few hours reviewing the care of a patient for the HDC. Will write the report/opinion tomorrow. Then out to Swanson taking Mr H home; he had helped us out today with putting books in boxes for us. We need to make the apartment 'minimalist' before it can go on the market

At Swanson Young L and I had a walk. We disturbed a pair of rosellas, who took flight long before we were close enough to see them. Just a flash of colour as they flew away. Nothing much else. But nearly back to his mum's house, I saw a tui in a kowhai tree. As i looked for the right angle it hopped and flew to a neighbouring tree with yellowy green leaves, in which it was more visible and eventually I got a photo which despite the low light is acceptable.
