New and old

Another day of contrast.

Shorts on to enjoy the lovely sunshine in the morning: jersey at night for the cold.

And again a picture of new blossom on one of my citrus trees while the fruit - which looks more lime than lemon - slowly grows.

I have 2 citrus plants: the other one is definitely a lemon but this year had not really flowered or produced fruit. This one, after a slow start, is flowering prolifically. I’ll have to clear space in the greenhouse to get them inside soon as the temperatures are falling.

Had a good catch up with a friend today, socially distanced on the doorstep. It makes such a difference seeing people face to face.
