Going to seed - which is just about how I feel - lol.

I managed ten barrow-loads of sludge from the pond yesterday and I think I'm definitely winning - when I stand in the bottom it's mostly muddy water now - I've also managed to get out the very heavy baskets that the sludge monster was hanging on to the other day - I ended up covered in mud 'n gloop and it was really, really heavy - good job I'm made of strong Yorkshire stuff!!   Strong enough to defeat a sludge monster - lol.

Only four muddy frogs needed rescuing yesterday.

The decision to make now is: 
Do I keep filling it, stirring it up and then pumping out brown water until it runs clear  -  or  -  do I try and get the remains of the sludge out with my trusty little net and THEN keep refilling and pumping out?
I'm tempted to go with the former (and so is my back!).

The extra is the morning sun on the garden reminding me there is still a lot to do in the pond - which is why I didn't put anything away yesterday afternoon (except the electrical bits and bobs obviously)
