Photo Bomb
I was waiting for Frank in Skipton and sat on a wall by this tree. There was a breeze and it looked so lovely in the sunshine. I took a few photos and only noticed later that a pigeon had photo bombed it.
I'd been in Skipton to look for fabrics for the other patchwork quilts bit only found two - one with dinosaurs and one with wellies :-)
While I was there I plucked up the courage to pop into the hairdressers for a trim. I was pleasantly surprised and felt very safe there. It's one of those places where you don't have an appointment, you just walk in and wait. I didn't have to wait at all. The hairdressers are all self employed and the lady said they have been struggling with so few customers. I told her it's the first time I've been since before lockdown and my hubby has been cutting my hair.
'Oh dear', she said in despair 'I can see that! Well I'll try and sort it out for you'. :-D))) (she did)
We came back to the house today as we have our flu injections tomorrow in Settle and also Frank had varnished the new dinette (posh for storage benches!) and we didn't want Bella May adding a furry finish to it! We'll be back on the boat on Monday.
After we got things sorted and put away I settled down to do my #inktober drawing. The prompt was 'Throw' so I thought of our Granddaughter when she used to throw the most horrendous tantrums. (Extra)
A lazy telly evening ahead
Have a lovely weekend :-)X
