Knock knock knockin’ on heaven’s door...

Autumn is here. A cool but mainly dry day but had to put a coat on going round on the quad this morning .
Left 2 on cutting down the remaining trees at the side of a shed so we can get in to let Mr M renew the guttering when he gets round to it, and headed off to do various jobs down the road. Fed the heifers and back home by 1pm , in time to bring in some more calves to tag. Still having problems with the new batch of brass ear tags though. We have used this brand for over 40 years with no problems , but this latest batch of 300 tags has been nothing but bother . Not a happy camper.
An evening spent on paper work as per usual.
This is the fencers tracked post knocker that they have been using to put a fence up along side the ditch the drainers cleaned out last month. It was still too wet to use their usual tractor so this wee tracked machine worked a treat.
