Autumn layers . Cloughjordan woods about to get a dose ! Gorgeous sunny spells in between showers , managed 2 dog walks and a riding lesson done in the sunshine . Lesson was terrible and I felt like I was fighting with Daisy most of the time , no left rein canter until we put a pole down , then perfect . Sigh .
Upside was stuffing our faces with huge volumes of roasted veg risotto (and Defrosted Xmas turkey 2018)!!! Lots of Riesling , well it has to be opened for the risotto and Shitts Creek. Nicely finished with lemon flavoured dark chocolate - wonderful . Early to bed as have dressage tomorrow morning , I’ll have a swig of rescue remedy to settle everything !
