It was so lovely to wake up to sunshine this morning! On Wednesday I accepted an offer on my house, which was great, but I haven't been able to think let alone do anything about it until the weekend.

After I cleaned my house and did my nails, I popped down to the new development I'd looked at already. It looks like the ones I want are not released until February, and looking to complete next September! Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but it is what it is. Now to decide what to do next. I know my buyer will want to complete before the stamp duty hiatus ends, so that means I'll have to be out before I have likely somewhere to go. 
Decisions, decisions. 

I'm quietly hoping that the others I'd looked at that are now under offer might fall through, never say never.
