Picnickers

The Salon des Refusés, the alternative Archibald and Wynne prize selection, is on at the S H Ervin gallery at Observatory Hill. It’s a small gallery with timed entry so we whipped around the spaces. Lots of portraits of other artists, musicians and art lovers. The landscapes were presciently empty of people.

Outside, picnickers dotted the hill. This couple had a movie on the laptop but weren’t watching it.
