Idless Woods

An unsuccessful DBS check in town this morning. Despite stating what’s needed, I’ve stopped being surprised when the required 3 firms of ID are not provided!

Once I was home again we set off on an adventure to Idless Woods. I’d checked the cafe would be open and away we went with The Boy driving. On our arrival, with 3/5 of us having not eaten anything so far, we were told no food, not even a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar. Ha friends may have kicked in!

We did have a short walk then returned to Chacewater Garden Centre Cafe (after phoning to check it was open and serving food). Hoorah!

The Boy drove us home again and I must confess to a nap while MrRoly cooked a roast. Now settled in front of a fire watching Extra Slice.
