Charlie

This little chap is being looked after by my friend H while his 'dad' is in hospital. We took him and Tiny on a lovely long walk in the afternoon sunshine. He was happy to chill out afterwards while we refuelled with a mug of tea and a 'Jersey Wonder' (a kind of doughnut). 

I am celebrating quietly to myself as earlier today I FINISHED THE EDIT. One 125,000 word novel (still too long) is now ready to go to some beta readers. Time to get my head down on a phase of new writing.
