Disconnected

Another one of those days! I had a strange feeling of foreboding from when I woke up following a weird dream. The day proceeded bumpily, peaking with a total phone and internet outage which cut off a client call towards the end of the day. Engineer can’t go investigate at the exchange till tomorrow, great!
