Lotus flower and a candle

I have only been out and about once today, as Monday is wash day and there were the household tasks to do. It has been cold and overcast so the heating is on and comforting especially for our dear Arthur.
Watching Poirot. Grateful it has been quieter after two evenings of loud fireworks.
I hope the week ahead is as good and merciful as possible.
