Too much

A really busy day

MrH saw the GP (phew) and they are doing investigations.

Tried to support someone who has had a very bad Viva experience- sounds very stressful after all that work.

Had a super long meeting. Decided to miss yoga as I needed to quite literally rest my eyes.

This evening spent some time talking to a work colleague which was very nice (she’s doing me a huge favour!)
