Wet, wet, wet

Very gloomy and wet all day, heavy rain for the most part, though it did ease up a little for a while in the afternoon.

Ventured out to the postbox, and then continued on to the local shop to buy some milk. But the 'traffic light' above the door was red, and the queue of people waiting to get in to the shop snaked around the corner! Standing in the rain didn't appeal, so I turned round and walked home - poor MrM has had to put up with my oat 'milk' in his tea.

All the plants in the 'yard, including this lupin, are dripping with rainwater...
