Altruistic

I said I'd help someone out at work by going in to do the last half of her shift for her (I mean, don't get me wrong, I did get paid for it, I ain't that altruistic!) which meant that I couldn't really get out on the open road on the bike to do what I wanted to do. So I set up out back with more layers than normal on (what with the indoor kitchen set-up option being kiboshed due to The Other Grown-Up In The House doing that WFH thing) and I actually enjoyed it quite a lot, chilly conditions and all. And then when I got back from work around 5ish I went out and did a bit more alfresco pedalling just for good measure. Double turbo day, doesn't happen often.

Right, on holiday now. No work for ten days. Bring it on!
