Salt Pig

First I was the proud owner of a Buchan Pottery salt pig, with thistles as is their signature design. When it broke it was replaced with a cheerful blue-and-white from Burleigh pottery. Sadly that has also met its end.

Have you any idea just how many different designs there are? When performing a search online and in shops I found so many ugly, impractical shapes, stupidly tiny or horrible colours and decorations, which clearly some folk like but they're not for me.  

I have just received this second-hand Truro pottery salt pig from an eBay seller and I'm chuffed to bits.
