Notes: Hot day, went to the pool for a bit and walked some on the beach. This was the sight of the day tho - Studebaker Lark VIII convertible in light yellow. Beautiful! Ran to Walmart for handful of things. Studied some html & css and did the crown chakra healing. By mid evening, had such a bad headache and then was in the bathroom many times on the toilet and several times added big vomiting. Slept a few hrs here and there on the couch as head hurt a little less being a bit more upright. Awful night.
