Cutting Edge

The first day of what is likely to be a busy week. Clare was off so we set off for Truro and some shopping, a Waitrose trip but also a couple of stores only in Truro, not Falmouth.

Home and I finally cleaned and sharpened these quarter size garden shears given to Sam as a gift by a friend. As usual I forgot the ‘before & after’ photos, only the after. They were heavily corroded with patchy paint on the handles and partially seized.
They are now rust free, handles sanded and oiled and blades sharpened.
Sam is happy with them and I’m sure Pius will enjoyed seeing them rejuvenated.
