Pad Thai for dinner. I’d say today was my first time to buy Katsuobushi, dried and smoked bonito flakes, for the uninitiated. I subsequently forgot to add them to the dinner. It was intended as a substitute for dried shrimp. I love The Market Garden in Kinsale, they rarely let me down.
