Farewell to Bob

We had a group from Rotary to the farm today to farewell Bob. He is 89 and his children have pulled rank and persuaded him to move back to Sydney to a retirement village.
We will miss him very much, not least because he still well and truely pulls his weight at Rotary functions. He did a sterling job at Helen’s wedding telling people where to park and not to go. He almost didn’t let the celebrant in! As we had strict Covid restrictions on numbers today I threatened to put him back on duty to ensure there were no gatecrashers.
The camels provided an added attraction and Shirley proved herself on the bike.
