In these bleak times it was rather nice to see this sentiment.
We all have different things which make us happy.
If you are a dog then it’s probably a squeaky toy, a bone and a loving owner to stroke you and keep you safe.
A cat - well who knows what makes cats happy! If I had to guess it would be a fire to lie next to.
Humans are more complicated. One minute a warm fire makes us happy. The next it could be a new pair of shoes a handbag or a coffee and cake.
Me? That’s easy, it’s luxuriating in a huge bed with fresh bed linen and making a little nest. Maybe I should have been a dormouse.!
