The Decision Tree
Here we have the classic decision tree - if the answer to the question is yes, then you go to the left, but if you think that the answer is no, then you go to the right; the decisions branch out from there. In this case the Victorian viaduct forced a decision on the tree at some stage many years ago and it solved it by growing both sides of the viaduct :-)
Cathy and I discovered a new circular walk today. 5.5 miles long with 1,000 feet of climbing, most of it off road, and it passes three decent pubs. I suspect it will become a favourite of ours given time. Obviously you wouldn't visit all 3 pubs as the walk would become over complicated at that point ... unless Incredibish was with you. But then we'd need a lift to get home ...
There were some wonderful missed photo ops I'm sorry to say. The fox that crossed our path, the buzzard on the fence and the trail bike riders on their motorbikes. This blipper needs to try harder, clearly ;-)
But we still had an absolutely brilliant time despite the gloomy grey light (which explains the mono treatment of this shot, at what is otherwise a glorious time for colour photography).
