Sunrise over Sycamore Farm

It was a beautiful sunrise this morning. The best part of the day. Visited the osteopath today and able to report that I am much improved so next appointment will be in a months time. This afternoon spent time trying to improve my understanding of melodic minor harmony and to explore melodic patterns for improvisation. My biggest problem is remembering it all tomorrow (and the day after) but hopeful of gradual improvement. Also had a long catch up with my younger sister and trying to work out how we might see each other given the restrictions of Covid. It was good to talk even if only on the phone.
