"..the nighmare before halloween"

Approaching from behind this morning I intially thought this was a person doing a traffic census, then sensing no movement with the trafffic, perhaps they just wanted to sit outside their house.

It turned out to be a scary looking scarecrow mannequin underneath the village 30mph speed sign. I guess it was a message to any speeding motorists - like their thinking! ..beware of the curse.
