Day 10/14
I’ve been a big fan of Nadiya Hussain ever since she won GBBO, but never owned a book of hers. Yet recently I’ve been entranced by her series Nadiya Bakes. Today I made this recipe , Onion Pretzels , which she made a couple of weeks ago. It reminds me of bagel making, but it was very satisfying to prove and then roll out the dough before boiling and baking them. These are just out of the oven and I’m going to serve them with pasta for dinner. My sternest critic awaits ( he’s not a savoury guy!)
