Oh Nadiya where did I go wrong??
I had my BFF for lunch today and decided to cook Teryaki Chicken Noodles from Nadiya Hussain’s latest book . I saw her prep it on tv a few weeks ago. I did garnish mine( bottom) with spring onions, Chilli and coriander as hers is, but some how it failed to materialise in to the glossy red creation ( top) she showcases. However it tasted very nice and was all eaten up. I also made her Earl Grey Sticky Toffee pudding which was delicious and as there was no photo to compare it to I felt happy serving it my way!
