Temporary colour in the garden

There are some strong winds forecast for the weekend so I thought that I should capture the colours of these two trees in the garden before the leaves disappear.
N and I decided that it was time that we got to grips with the finer points of our electric car. So, as the rain drizzled down around us, we spent nearly two hours sitting in the car, reading the inch-thick handbook, learning about the climate control system, choosing our preferred options in the sat-nav system and pairing phones and iPod to the multi-media system. Oooh, things were much simpler when I rebuilt my first car (a mini) with my Dad back in 1970!
