A Middle of the day run

More training, More head spinning and ringing up asking for help! embarrassing really it feels.. Once through all this mandatory training.. Hoping can actually see patients ha ha!! understanding NHS much more and government control!! which actually means people cannot do their job. Tap tap on the computer to justify.

I did get out for a run middle of the day!! to give my head some space. I'm.on a distanced meet in a pub garden with 2 girlfriends tonight.. Have blanket will travel! and possibly a hot water bottle.

I didn't want to go but they convinced me being out side etc.. And actually the deprivation of not seeing people is taking its toll, so looked at risks and going..
