We arrived home at 13.00 pm. Left at 7 30am.so marginally better than journey out to Durham.
Exhausted +++. Tomorrow I have a Reflexology client and no.park run because of ankle injury.

Loved the coast along Seaham, and Loved Durham..A really difficult few days emotionally seeing our daughter so unwell.
