Ship of the Fens

Pleasant walk with Murray on the rec when a stunning rainbow appeared - extra.  Thankfully today the view is unpunctuated by tall buildings but not in the future. 
Trip to Ely in the afternoon.  One reason being to return duplicates of ordered books sent by mistake and to enjoy an afternoon away from the house. After returning the books to the bookshop headed to Peacock Tearoom for an al fresco Darjeeling and mocha cake for me and coffee and ginger cake for OH. 
It was a gorgeous afternoon so we walked by the river and around the cathedral.  The light was mellow and warmed the stone. 
I needed to go further afield.
