Breakfast

Well today I'm cooking breakfast for 120 people, not much of a challenge except the fact I hate Sunday morning breakfast!
People having breakfast on Sunday tend to have twice as much, I'm not really sure why, all I know is I'll have to cook off twice as much as I would have done if it was a Thursday!
Getting up and travelling to work in the dark is not fun, I've missed dawn, being in my windowless kitchen it's bright morning by the time I get back outside.
Having cooked 80 croissants already I wonder if that will be enough, I decide to do another 40 or so.
We offer one of the biggest breakfast selections ever, sometimes I wish we didn't but seeing everyone getting stuck into breakfast makes me smile, content in the knowledge that bellies are being filled I head back to the stove to cook some more.
