World Wombat Day

To celebrate this special day my wombat, Wilbur, has chocolate fingers to share with his friends whilst Watkin, his cousin in Derbyshire, has fruit pastilles. They are expatriates having made the long haul over here decades ago when my friend brought them back from a conference visit to Oz.
Otherwise I went for my first ever flu jab - the doctors surgery was well organised and calm with no queues which was a relief.
