Monster from the deep

This afternoon I desludged my garden pond. It was epic. The frogs didn’t know what had hit them and looked very bemused. As for the organic layers at the bottom - see the cascade of sludge trays in the extra - they’d make a good source rock for future oil! It’s only about a decade overdue this task!
