Floorboard Friday

My photo today is of a very blip-able avenue of trees leading through to an area of woodland. Perfect autumn colours of course.
As part of our work we sometimes need reclaimed floorboards for repairs to customers floors. The supplier we’ve been using for a number of years has become a little unreliable of recent months so we’ve been on the hunt for an alternative. We went along today to buy a small first consignment from a new - to us - place.
A short drive down the A1 to Welwyn Garden City, his stock is quite amazing. See extra. All good boards, all well kept in the dry. They look just the job.
We then called in to Old Welwyn and a lovely old pub in the high street for lunch. Then back home via the churchyard to pick up the memorial vase to take to the stone mason for Mums inscription to be done.
