A Blank Page...
...waiting for me to put my ideas on it.
#inktober has taken over our lives! Frank and I are spending every evening and parts of the day drawing.
As you can see my 'office' (sofa) has become an art studio ;-)
However I did spend most of the day cutting out squares whilst listening to all last week's Woman's Hour episodes on iplayer.
I work better listening to chat rather than music. There were lots of interesting topics. It's a lovely, peaceful way to spend the day. Frank was mainly upstairs playing the piano.
It's been raining a lot today. I really need to get out and sort the garden out but don't fancy getting soaked; also there are still a lot of things flowering but I have spring bulbs to plant.
Heard today that one of our neighbours - a young dad - has covid but he is not too ill with it which is good.
Things are slowly closing in around here :-(. Sabrina and Marc both worry about us and have said we should just stay on the boat all the time. It's true but we are very careful and sometimes it's nice to spend a few days at the house and see our neighbours at a social distance.
Sabrina also said that John was a bit down after speaking to his Dad in New Zealand as there's absolutley no chance of him seeing his family for a long, long time. Awful for those living in different parts of the world.
Keep following the rules and stay safe ;-)X
