Frosty Leaves

Very frosty this morning and although I took a variety of pictures in the garden, I have chosen this one, which I cropped, but then I decided that the original, straight out of the camera was better.

Update on Oliver: He had his operation yesterday and it was an operation which they expected to take forty minutes, which took over two hours; he was gone from the ward for four hours. There was much more damage than was first thought, more broken bones, which did not appear on the x-rays and the ulnar nerve had been twisted, but hopefully that will recover in time as it had not broken. Although he was injured on the judo mat, the surgeon said that the damage was similar to what they see when someone is injured in a sixty mile an hour car crash. Oliver had to stay overnight and they hope that he will be able to come home later today. Clearly he is feeling much better this morning as I have had a text from him.
