Birth of a Food Truck

So who doesn't love a Food Truck? 
A few months ago Fletcher and I were taking our afternoon walk in the neighborhood when we saw a plain, nondescript white trailer being backed into a driveway. Since we were in need of some 'entertainment' , we watched the entire process. Over the months we have watched the plain little trailer morph into a sweet little 'food truck'! As we walked by this morning I spotted it's creator and head chef. He told me that they were planning a 'shake down' next weekend at a local park/gathering place, and that they expected to be up and completely operating in a month! They will be offering Hibachi entrees with all the fixin's! Fletch and I wished him the very best and continued our walk.
